Quán Thuỷ Hà 2

A live-seafood restaurant in Ba Làng, north Nha Trang. Guests come from Russia, China, Korea and all over Vietnam.

THE TASK

Tourists could not read the menu, did not understand the price by weight and struggled to find the place. The staff do not speak foreign languages.

WHAT I DID

  • A website in Vietnamese, Russian, English, Chinese and Korean
  • Full menu with prices on a separate page
  • “From tank to table in three steps” — how ordering by weight works
  • Phrase cards: tap a phrase and show the screen to the waiter
